Founded in 2012, the heart and soul of Bitters & Love involves a team of passionate, dedicated individuals, coming together collectively to provide; quality drinks, exceptional service; with a shoulder to cry on or celebrate your promotion with. We are not in the business of just food and drinks, we are in the business of people and community building. We want to be a third space where people gather, make new friends, reconnect and bond over a tipple or two.
Bitters & Love, together is an oxymoron that sounds like a match-make in heaven. Broken up, the word Bitters is actually derived as key ingredient that was use to describe a cocktail dated back to 1806 that calls for 4 ingredients: "a stimulating liquor, composed of spirits of any kind, sugar, water, and bitters." Love, a universal language that translate to our passion for food, drinks and what we do.
Also, we do love a solid Negroni.
